Staying in the Family Room Bunk bed was perfect for our kids, who loved the fun towel art left by our fantastic cleaner, Mustafa. We enjoyed yummy meals at the a la carte restaurants every night. Don’t miss the snorkeling at dawn. it’s breathtaking!

The family suite was spacious and met our needs perfectly. The staff, particularly Mr Sayed Hanafy at the front desk, provided exceptional service during our stay.

The pool was crowded at times and could use more lounge chairs.

During my stay, I loved the beautiful pool area for relaxation and the superb food offerings that included so much choice in the buffet restaurant, making each meal enjoyable. I also appreciated being just a short walk from Makadi Bay and the incredible Makadi Water World for some fun as I explored the area.

The heated pool and aqua park were highlights for the kids, making the days filled with laughter. I just wish the dinner buffet had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic getaway! 🎉

A fantastic getaway with friends! We enjoyed the relaxing vibe, gorgeous beach, and thrilling activities like water sports. The food was delicious, with many options at the restaurants! The entertainment was fun for all ages. The facilities were excellent, making our trip truly memorable!

One downside was the persistent sellers by the pool. They were quite pushy and made it hard to relax. A simple red flag helped, but it was a bit annoying to deal with.

The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The towel decorations in my room for my wife’s birthday added that nice touch. However, the room I had felt outdated and could use some refurbishing. Dining options at the buffet were limited, with the same dishes every day, leading to some boredom. I also noticed that guests from the neighboring hotel could access our amenities, which might lead to overcrowding during peak times. Overall, while I loved the ambiance and the effort by staff, there's definitely room for improvement, especially regarding food variety and room updates.

Cleanliness stands out, with spotless rooms and well-maintained gardens. The swimming pools are impressive, featuring several slides that keep kids entertained, while an adults-only beach area allows for a relaxing escape. The variety of dining options, especially the Bedouin and Mediterranean restaurants, provide ample choices for different tastes with decent BBQ offerings.

The main buffet's dessert selection lacked variety, presenting almost the same cakes and local options daily—something that could be improved. Also, some aspects of the room felt outdated, needing modernization to match the overall vibe of the rest of the hotel. Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms and outdoor work disrupted sleep during the night, which could be bothersome for lighter sleepers.

We had an amazing time enjoying the sandy beach and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. The food was a highlight, with delightful meals at the Italian and Steak House restaurants. Our Family Room Bunk bed was comfortable, providing the perfect space for us and our grown kids to relax together.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use more organized family activities.

Just a solid selection for a quick break in Makadi Bay with all in all brilliant value for money. The entertainment team really made our evenings fun, always putting on great shows. For a quieter time, head to one of the pools earlier in the day.
